Join your fellow Skagit Pagans for a Picnic and Celebration of  Summer Solstice / Litha / Midsummer on Saturday, June 17!

 

We look forward to social and ritual time together!  

Order of Events  
4:30 Arrive anytime to play and enjoy the hall, meadow and ball field  
5:00 Hot dogs (we will provide!*) and potluck sides dinner  
7-7:15 Ritual starts   
8-9 Social Time, build fire together, opportunity for music or drums  
9 pm Fire pit lighting/Sunset: Chanting the sun to sleep  
Hang out and socialize a bit then clean up.  

Need/consider bringing if attending:  
Lawn chair -There are picnic tables, inside chairs but bring for fire circle sitting  
Snacks and drinks – bring potluck sides for dinner/snacks.   
We will provide some non-alcoholic pop and seltzer water.  
BYOB – Drink responsibly!
Wood if you have a log or two  
Lawn games if you like!  
Drums/musical instruments if you want to! 
Weather appropriate clothing  
Families welcome! However, parents will need to supervise their children and help clean up after them.   
We respectfully request donations to help with the hall rental, if you are able.
